Frequently asked questions

What should I wear to my appointment?

We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes that you are happy exercising in. Please be prepared to remove outer clothing and change into shorts and T-shirt so that your physio has the optimum chance to observe and treat your problem.

Can I choose which services I want to receive?

We will make recommendations to you based on our assessment findings. You will be able to make an informed decision on which treatments to proceed with.

Will the costs vary?

All of our services are included in our standard appointment costs. You will not have to pay extra. Please see our fees page for more information.

What else to bring?

Please bring any information relevant to your injury. This may include referral letters and scans or X-rays. If you have a sports injury, the Physio will find it useful to see your running shoes.

Do you offer domiciliary services?

Our domiciliary service focuses on cancer rehab. The majority of our other work is in the clinic and gym setting. However, please contact us directly to discuss home visits which can be arranged at the discretion of the physio, subject to availability.

How can I pay for my appointment?

You can pay at the end of each session by cash, credit/debit card or by bank transfer.

Our Enhanced Infection Control Measures

~ Alcohol hand sanitiser will be provided to all patients on arrival.

~ Patients will read and sign our COVID-19 questionnaire before commencing their appointment.

~ Staff will wear appropriate medical grade PPE.

~ We have intensified infection control measures in the treatment rooms and gym including thoroughly cleansing and alcohol wiping all necessary surfaces before each appointment.

Protocol for Face to Face Consultations

Please do not attend your appointment if:

~ You feel generally unwell

~ You have fever, persistent cough or a sudden loss of smell or taste

~ You have been in close contact with someone with Coronavirus

~ You or anyone in your household are self isolating or shielding
